5th Grade Graduation

I made this cake last year for ECCS' 5th and 6th graders. This year I had the privilege of making it for the 5th graders. Congratulations new Logic school students!! I'm going to miss seeing you downstairs.

Graduation Cake

This cake is for a graduate from Leeds High School. She will be attending Alabama in the fall. It is a red velvet cake with fluffy white icing and fondant decorations. It was also served with white and chocolate cupcakes iced with fluffy white icing. I will try to get some pictures with everything loaded up soon.

Graduation Cake

I made this cake for a Briarwood graduate. He is going to Mississippi State in the fall. His mom asked me to put the Mississippi State logo on the cake so both high school and college could be represented. Congratulation Zach! Good Luck!

Ballet Recital

It is the time to wear flip flops!!!

I was lucky enough to make a cake for another one of my students. They were having a flip flop themed party so when I posted my sister-in-laws flip flop cake - they asked me to remake it! I was glad too! Maggie, I hope you had a blast!

Sailboat!

My friend from school has two boys and their birthdays are just a day apart. She is celebrating their birthdays today. One is getting a sailboat cake and the other a firetruck cake. I made the cakes in coordinating colors. I hope these two little guys have a fantastic birthday.

Firetruck!

I got this idea from a very talented cake artist. Here is her blog. Click Here to see the cake.

There was an old lady who lived in a shoe...no wait, that's not it...

A friend of mine has a little boy turning one today! He is as cute as can be and he loves shoes! So of course, he gets shoes for his cake! I hope you like them Daniel! Happy Birthday little man!

These mini cakes were for a wedding shower. There were four different designs and I believe they were displayed on a very pretty cupcake stand. Sorry I don't have that picture.

"Don't you wanna take me on a...Sea Cruise?"

This cake was so much fun to make! When I was asked to make it, I will admit that I was a little nervous. I usually am since I have never made most of the cakes before. The picture I was given was great. And as usual, I made the cake my own. It was for someone's 50th birthday and to celebrate they are leaving on Monday to go on a cruise! Dave, I hope your birthday was fantastic!!! Enjoy the cruise!!
