I do not consider myself a baker, but I do enjoy baking. When I got an order for a German Chocolate cake I jumped at the opportunity. The first thing she said was that she didn't need a "pretty" cake, but I could not give her a cake that was not at least a little decorated.

Your cakes are gorgeous. I can bake but I can't decorate. I barely made it through the first Wilton class at Michael's. I could be your baker!
Sounds good to me!!! When are you moving back to Alabama? LOL!! I guess I could ask Bret if we could move to Texas!
